A brokerage that knows the crane industry
Fidancılar Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. has worked since 2007 on a single principle — "service first" — protecting the rights of the insured. Our focus on lifting and heavy transport means we learned the risks of this work on site rather than at a desk.

TRUSTED BY TURKEY'S CRANE AND HEAVY HAULAGE SECTORS
A partnership of Hatice and Orhan Fidancı, 2007
Fidancılar Sigorta was founded as a partnership between Hatice Fidancı and Orhan Fidancı. The founding idea was simple: sell insurance not as a product but as cover that works on the day of a loss. We still work by that sentence.
Over the years we made a choice — instead of doing a little business in every line, we went deep in one: cranes, heavy lifting and heavy transport. That choice let us speak the industry's language. Working with a broker who knows what a load chart, a lift plan and a sling angle mean shows up in the policy wording and in the claim file alike.
This expertise played its part in making crane hook liability insurance known in Turkey: we presented the policy in person at industry association meetings and met crane operators face to face from Istanbul to Kayseri and Mersin, listening to what they actually needed.
Our vision
To be a brokerage that satisfies its clients and — more importantly — stands beside them when a loss happens. A policy is measured not on the day it is sold but on the day of the accident.
Our mission
To understand the real needs of each business through a client-focused approach, build the right solution around them, and contribute to a wider awareness of insurance.
Five principles that shape how we work

Our desk sits next to the site
The way to learn insurance from inside an industry is to be in the same rooms as that industry. We presented our new policy at meetings of the Istanbul Heavy Transport and Lifting Association, attended the first general assembly of the Platform Operators Association, took part in insurance symposiums and met crane operators in three different cities. The loss stories we heard at those meetings are the source of the examples we use when structuring cover today.
